Website descriptions and any indicative prices are invitations to discuss a project, not an offer that can be accepted by submitting an enquiry. Sending a message, choosing a budget or seeing an on-screen confirmation does not create a service contract or reserve delivery dates.

Before work starts, the applicable agreement should set out the scope, deliverables, fees, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, timescales, revisions, intellectual property and cancellation arrangements.
